Alex Hatt | Contact Staff Workshop

A four-hour Contact Staff workshop focused on developing vertical-plane skills using two points of control (2POC). Participants will explore continuous looped pathways, movement between wall and wheel planes, vertical rolls, smudge rolls, chi folds, plane breaking and direction changes. The program includes warm-ups, mobility work, technique blocks and an integration jam, making it suited to people practising vertical contact staff and contact dance flow.
