Governing For Success

Governing For Success is a one-day, in-person training course for project and PMO leaders. It covers effective project governance, the relationship between governance, management and control, and the roles of sponsors, steering committees, PMOs, assurance and leadership. Participants will explore decision-making, escalation, accountability and governance warning signs, then apply a practical maturity model and complete a hands-on diagnostic using a realistic project case study.
