Thinking Without Thinking: Why Your Mind Is Already Made Up is a live public lecture exploring the automatic nature of human attention and thought. Associate Professor Maarten Immink draws on psychology, neuroscience and behavioural science to examine how unconscious habits shape behaviour, particularly under stress, fatigue or mental overload. The 45-minute lecture is followed by audience questions. Part of the Adelaide Live Lecture Series, the event is for adults aged 18 and over.
