Bandit Pizza and Wine

Bandit Pizza and Wine is a restaurant on Unley Road in Hyde Park, Adelaide, built around Neapolitan-inspired pizza, wine and cocktails. The food menu covers snacks, pizza, pasta, sides and dessert, with options available through a pizzaiolo favourites menu and set banquet formats. Menus can change with the seasons and ingredient availability, and the venue says it can cater to dietary requirements.

Pizza is the clear focus, with a choice of traditional and more substantial combinations. The menu includes Margherita, Marinara, Pepperoni, Choice Mushroom, Coppacolo, Ham and Cinque Fromaggio, alongside additions such as burrata, prosciutto, chilli crunch, a gluten-free base and vegan cheese. The broader menu adds dishes such as baked rigatoni in a spicy vodka sauce, two-layer lasagna with sausage bolognese, garlic flatbread and tiramisu. There are also more elaborate snacks and small plates, including beef carpaccio, baked scallops, king prawns and smoked Sicilian olives.

The drinks offering is centred on wine, including hard-to-find bottles, as well as cocktails. That makes Bandit a useful option for a relaxed dinner, a wine-led catch-up or a group meal. Groups of seven or more are directed towards the venue’s group options, including a banquet menu with snacks, pizza and sides.
