The hot stone service uses basalt stones, while the aromatherapy option can include a blend of 100% Australian essential oils. The spa’s approach centres on mindfulness, relaxation and skin health. Habit Day Spa uses Australian-made Ginger&Me Neurocosmedics and SkinGen products, with treatments customised to guests’ needs. The team includes Morgan, who opened the spa in 2021 after working as a beauty therapist since 2010; Lisa, an experienced therapist with a background in spas across Australia; and Indya, a New Zealand-trained beauty therapist with more than five years in the beauty industry.

The Semaphore location, calm treatment focus and gift-card collection option also make it a practical choice for a thoughtful present. Habit Day Spa operates by appointment from Tuesday to Saturday, with shorter Saturday hours, and is closed on Sundays, Mondays and public holidays.
