Unit Three Collective

Unit Three Collective grew from Lone Gum Farmhouse Brewery, started by Ryan after completing a brewing course and developed with the involvement of friends and family. The project eventually found its home in Lonsdale, where the team built a brewery, bar and venue around a shared interest in flavour, tradition, experimentation and local produce. That background is reflected in the three brands: patient, fermentation-led farmhouse ales; carefully made spirits; and small-batch beers produced in limited runs.
